Twin Tales for Spring

Published on 2 April 2024 at 18:50

In an island far, where cliffs met the sky,
Tabitha and Tim heard a desperate cry.
Moana, the sheep, stood trembling and scared,
But with courage and love, they did what they dared.

With hands entwined, they ventured near,
Through mist and fog, without a fear.
They reached Moana, eyes wide with fright,
And led her back, into the night.

Safe in the barn, under stars’ soft light,
Tabitha felt a movement, a flutter so bright.
She sensed a new life start,
A tiny pulse, stirring her heart's delight.

Though Moana's troubles, they soon did see,
Freyja's wisdom came to set them free.
With skill and care, she guided the way,
To bring forth lamb twins, on that fateful day.

Tabs and Tim, the lambs so rare,
Named for the children who showed they care.
In the circle of life, they found their place,
With springtime magic in their embrace.
